1999-D Jefferson Nickel Off-Center W/ Brockage Reverse ?

Not sure what to call this but a 1999-D Jefferson nickel that is Off-Center with Brockage Reverse. But I didn't have one like it in my nickel error folder.

Edges are weird because I cut out from a ugly background

Off-center with uniface reverse. There is no design detail present on the reverse so it was struck against an unstruck planchet, not a struck coin.

uniface reverse .. that should be easy to remember ! and I assume you refer to the side with out the design as uniface or term does relates to both side only one with design..
