Very nice, I see the Ecuador 1 Sucre is only 20 mm in diameter.
3.88 mm smaller than the 1992 NS Quarter.
Is the rim fully formed and reeded, likely not enough metal to finish the rim.

This Bluenoser gives it a big thumbs up.
