What do you guys think? Obviously the front and back both look all messed up but there appears to be an extra piece of metal at the bottom of the obverse that you can see "OD W" on... Part of another coin or an error?

Looks like glue or some sort of adhesive . acetone will take it off

The rest (like the date) is post mint damage. It looks like it has been hammered with something. Some call it being spooned.

The color is what is the first indicator of glue to me.
