Pawn Shop Find: Lincoln Memorials In Cello

BH1964 Bedrock of the Community United States 10982 Posts	Posted 11/04/2015 11:03 pm I found these 15 Lincolns languishing in a cabinet at a local pawn shop. All appear to be choice to gem mint state and are well sealed in cellophane with a few pieces already cut off. Any comments or ideas on what this is (mint product, secondary market set, etc) and what to look for (varieties, doubled die, etc) are welcome. I paid $4 for it. There were no markings on the packaging save for a $4 price tag and the partitions are straight or at least straight enough to look professional. I figured someone with good sealing equipment likely put this set together for the aftermarket. On closer examination when I got them home they looked like a heck of a nice set of coins for cheap.
