Just a heads up: the United States Mint is bringing back the following Presidential medals for sale on Nov. 6:

Thomas Jefferson (3" and 1.5")
Theodore Roosevelt (3" and 1.5")
Franklin Roosevelt (3" and 1.5")
Ronald Reagan (3" and 1.5")

I think it'd be cool to partner up the Roosevelts and Reagan medals with their respective Coin & Chronicles set, which features a silver Presidential medal.

I already have a bronze FDR (since the C&C included it), but the others would be nice to have. The three inch versions are tempting.

I doubt that the miniature version will be 1.5 inches. They've never minted these medals, in bronze, in that size. They've only minted them in 1 5/16 inches. Also, the C&C FDR set had an antiqued version of the miniature FDR medal; I'd assume that this issue will not be antiqued.

As for the 3 inch medals, I would not purchase them directly from the Mint. Older versions are readily available on ebay in the $10-15 range. JMO

The medals are up and it looks like they touched up the product images. The FDR medals look to have the same revised designs that were in the C&C sets, so if you collect these medals by variety, the 3 inch and 1 5/16 inch medals are new ones! Don't know about the others though; their designs may have minor changes as well.
