While going through a roll of pennies tonight
I came across this 1983 and this 1986. Sometimes
when looking at some of these coins you wonder
what kind of a story they hold but these two I wondered
what in the world happened? LoL. Are these
some sort of an error coin? If so what might of
happened lol?

The first one is the 1983

The 1986 has a die crack on the lower left corner of the Memorial building. They are both examples of corrosion commonly called "Zinc Rot". Copper plated Zinc cents don't do well with age or environment.

Thank you cwb.... How that die crack slipped by
me I don't know but both are a mess from the looks
of it. Thank you for letting me know why they look
like that, now it makes sense. Are they considered
error coins? If so do they have any value?

I wouldn't consider this an error. Its an unstable coin that is literally falling apart before our eyes. I'd spend it while it still exists to be worth a cent.

Thank you for responding. I was just thinking you know if
you put this 1983 through one of those coin machines it
would spit it back out at you? LoL. You would think the banks
would just throw these types out before adding them to a roll right?

The bank would never throw out anything, not even one cent.
Many people do hold onto the cracked die errors, but if it is already starting to degrade, it's not a great example. It would be a keeper for a learning tool, so you know first hand what a die crack looks like.
Here is an online error guide to help you find more: http://www.lincolncentsonline.com/error.html
Keep looking, there is a lot out there!
