Is the crack found on top of coin caused from wear over time or could it have been made like this? Is there anything I should know error wise with this coin ? Thanks

Looks like there's an extra N in front of the word IN

The crack you see is a cut into the coin. Damage. The Extra N you see is part of the pattern of the lamination on your coin.

It looks to me like it was cut a long time ago.
