Got this in my change. How could such damage occur so early in its life? What do you think it grades out of curiosity?   |

The environment can be a cruel mistress. It does not take much to damage a Zincoln.

It's interesting because I open rolls of pennies everyday at work and many are so corroded and green and just look like puke.

It might be fun to leave a fresh cent outside when it is rainy and see how long it takes to go ugly.

It has been raining here for what seems like forever. Of course, today it stopped and it appears that my Zincoln might not get wet today.  |

I may have mentioned my location a time or three in the past.  My Statehood Quarter came out in 2000 and my ATB Quarter will come out in 2016.  |
