You can buy this coin for 390 dollars us. Item no 131648252117.The coin looks like a very fine to me but the scan is poor.

Maybe he saw a high 9 sell for $$$ and thought "hey, I got one of them 1929s too!" his is a low 9 unfortunately.

Well, the photos don't help at all either. Probably not worth the time and effort to send him a message and ask for clearer and larger pictures. So, I'll pass.

If you use the zoom feature, you can clearly tell it's not a high 9, at least based on the images in the Charlton catalog. Looks like he won't be paying for his needed surgery.
