1966 5 Cents, Mint Identification

Hi there, I don't come around the Aussie section too much but I wonder if you could assist me in identifying is this 1966 5 cent coin a Canberra issue or a London one.

If I understand correctly it is something to do with the length of a whisker... but I don't know what I am looking for... only that it is near a claw on the left hand side.

I hope I got the correct section of the coin in shot, if someone could explain that would be great.
