mdpmedia Pillar of the Community United States 3546 Posts	Posted 11/16/2015 03:16 am peter1234, With NGC's web site http://www.ngccoin.com/price-guide/...-duid-313524 showing that a $ 61 retail difference exists between VF-20($ 9) and EF-40($ 70) are you stating that my 1868 Farthing coin would have an EF-40 or F-35 grade since according to the site below the same GF designation applies to 'both' of these US grades? I wouldn't worry much about the patina; a case of personal taste in this case. Patinas vary. I have 80 or so British copper and bronze coins Charles 11 to George V1, those before George 111 in Fine or less condition, they are fun to collect. Report this Post to the Staff
