I was looking at this Galerius Follis I have, and unless I am mistaken I cannot fine one with this obverse legend.

It looks like an obverse legend of IMP C GAL V MAXIMIANUS PF AVG

Everyone I look at has VAL spelled out. Can anyone ID this coin? I thought it was a RIC 147A
