From an uncleaned lot:

Roman-Ae-As-Or-Dupondius---Hadrian?

Back has no usable detail, and legend is gone.

Hadrian was the best match I could find in terms of portraits. See:

Next best were Vespasian ( http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/...RIC_0102.jpg )

And a less common portrait of Nero ( http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/...RIC_0086.jpg )

Definitely Hadrian.

You would be surprised what some people could tell from the reverse, even it it seems hopeless. Can't hurt to post it

Sure, why not,

Roman-Ae-As-Or-Dupondius---Hadrian?

All that I know is that it has a standing figure on it.

Also, 25mm, 10.41g. I assume this a dupondius or perhaps a provincial?

Most probably an as

An as that some serious issues with bronze disease !
The cancer appears to have spread beneath the very thick layer patination. The oxidation layer will be flaking off and the greenish spots will be growing.

Sorry to break the news but the prognosis is pretty bad.

You might consider entombing it in acrylic.
