Constantine I issue, London mint. This is RIC 290 which was rated R2, but recent research shows this coin to be rather common. A bit worn, but not bad overall. Another London issue checked off.

At the beginning of the second war against Licinius, Licinius was forced to agrup all his forces to face the army of Constantinus leaving the limes empty of troops.
This fact was used by barbarous tribes to cross the "limes" to plunder the oriental empire. The advancing forces of Constantinus defeated the tribe of sarmatians when they were returning home loaded with slaves, gold an silver.
This was used by Constantinus to struck these coins giving to roman people the message that "Constantinus is defending ALL the Empire, including the zone under the rule of Licinius who is unable to do his work properly"

i want one of these EFLC, so is any coin from london ...which I don't have.

here's a LRB I picked up that is rough, but was on my list... and I kind of like.
