Is there something more to the last #9 in 1969? The way I want to describe it like a comets tail or u dunno can't describe it. It's right behind the 9, thanks

Do you see an extension of the # 6 where it ends at the top of the number? And try to pictute the last #9 a little more to the upper right of where it is in the photos and maybe that can help you see what I am

Maybe you could try to post some clearer pictures. The 6 looks normal size to me, the top may be smashed down or the result of grease on the die.
