Please-Help-Me-Identify-The-Date-On-This-China-10-Cent-Coin

What is the date- I think it might be Year 28 or 29 by process of elimination from ebay.

On which side is the date- I don't know which is the reverse or the obverse. How do I read the date?- I have a Standard catalog and they list ordinary Chinese, official and commercial- which is which

I guess it could also be a 5 fen 1936 since another member inquired about the same coin a couple of posts ago.

Year 25 on the coin, above Sun Yat Sen's head is the name of the country and the date, this site does not recognise chinese from my computer.
