Here is the 1st of 3 Ancient Coins that my brother asked if I could check them out and see if they are genuine or fake.

Since my passion for the last 20 years has been in errors, and as much as I like Ancient coins, I avoid them (with the exception of errors) as I lack the knowledge required to know a fake from the real thing.

The 1st photo shows all three coins, the balance of the photos show the weight and size to help determine if any of the three are genuine or fake..

I thought it would be better to post the 3 coins in separate threads as it may be easier to focus...

Any information, good or bad, will be helpful.

Thanks in advance...

The hair detail is represented with small crescents.
This suggests to me that it may be a contemporary Celtic cast copy.

It is doubtless a fake.
