Gorgeous. I would say easily MS-64. Chance at higher. I see no major marks on it.

Beautiful coin. I too think it is mint state with am FBL designation. I would love to see a better pic of the obverse. The fields appear to be pristine but there are some hits in the hairand above the eye. The reverse again has excellent fields with one noticeable hit to the bell lines. From these pics I can on say 64fbl. Wouldn't be surprised with 65 (6) but just can't say for sure.

Here is a picture with the lighting from the other side. The coin is now in a 2x2 and there are some scratches on te 2x2.
