Your otherwise excellent photograph does not convey the luster well ... assuming it is full and unbroken I'm offering my opinion of authentic and Mint State.

There are a few trivial contact marks ... again, depending on luster, I can easily be convinced this is an MS65 or better coin.

Lovely example of the design that I consider to be the 'best' of the classic silver commemorative series ... and a tougher date as well.
