There are a few die chips on the brow and the "T" on CENT. The dies were used past normal retirement and thus left a lot of distractions because of extreme die wear found on the sides of the devices towards the rim. The mark on the right wheat ear looks like it might be coin scratch on that area, unless it is raised above the surface. It appears incuse from the image. Cuds are on the out rim areas of coin because the die has broken off in that area.
