theres error on number 9 for 1960. error on liberty is letter B & R, then letter S on e pluribus, also the corner edge of the building

Lots of die chips. I don't recall ever seeing one on the S in PLURIBUS before.

I do recall a couple of RPMs that have a filled nine like that. Can you post a better shot of the mint mark?
