Can anyone help ID this coin for me?

I won this at my local coin club last night and really have NO IDEA on identification or value!

Gotta say, it is by far the smallest coin in my collection! 5mm diameter!

It looks the same as the 1 Fanam that you referenced. At 5mm that thing is tiny, nice little coin. I'm going to move this over to the World Coin section where you should get more comments.

I have posted these in the past, and used to pay $6.00 each & sell them for $8.00 to $12.00 each back in 2001..
I tested the Gold content with a electronic gold tester and all tested at 14kt.

The Lincoln Cent is pictured to show size of coins.
