It does become obvious that some of the better sets are owned by collectors that have maintained good focus over many years, and learned how to spot and purchase quality coins.
commems, I think it is sort of common how new collectors will start out buying less expensive coins, then discover how much they like the better grade coins and start the upgrade process. It happens to me all the time, I upgraded my Stone Mountain this week ..
I do hope that 20 plus years from now that most of my sets are filled with quality coins.
