This coin is tiny and reminds me of a 3 cent nickel, but much smaller, seems to be made of zinc and language is not English, possibly German?
The yellow outline is 1" by 1". Corrosion seems to have wiped some of the letters.

I think I see the name Lauer on the obverse. This is probably a Spielmarke, German play money.
