Grade wise, I'd be in the high VF range although the photos make the coin look awfully monotone.
As for dipping, one of the nice things about this is the natural "circ dirt" embedded in the fine detail spaces. Dipping will probably remove the majority of this, but it will also destroy any remaining luster (although there probably isn't a lot left) and will most definitely make the coin look lackluster.
I'd just leave it as is and be darned proud of scooping it up for spot!
