You know I was thinking the same about the layer of silver being unusually thick, most Athens Tet Fourrees I see the silver has almost entirely left the coin, or at least being patchy, on this one it has a few small spots aside from the large pit on the obverse, although the oberse doesn't look quite right to me, it doesn't seem to match the style of the official ones. Taking into consideration that fact it made me relatively sure it was a fourree but the truth is we can never know for sure, it adds a bit of mystery to the coin.
