Some isolated die polishing reduces the edge of the bays. When this happens, it reduces the edge of these on the die. The bays are part of the fields. This polishing on the die, leaves a raised area on the edge of the bays just like your coin shows. That is why just some of these are showing these as affected. If it was hub doubling more of the bays would look like that rather than just two.
