1958 D Washington Quarter RPM Or MD?

I was going through some quarters I picked up and noticed the D appeared funny. Looking through the scope in the lab I was wondering if this was an RPM or MD or none of the above. It doesn't match anything that I could find. Thanks for all your help!

It looks like MD to me. MD reduces the device.

Looks MD and or just damaged. Could be wrong, but seems to be more flattened or pushed over mint mark than mint mark present. I've been unable to find anything listed this year yet. Thanks, Doug.
