I have been too busy to report on usage since 27 August because of too much work! Up to yesterday, in our Farmers Markets change and other expenditures I circulated $4378 in halves over that last 14 weeks. Some weeks the sales have been poor or the total would have been even higher. On the collecting front, in the rolls I have found about 12 of the silver coins, but only could add a 2014 NIFC and finally a beautiful barely circulated 1964D to complete the early Kennedy years. One note, I do not hand out more than one coin as change unless requested by a customer. I also do not use more than a dollar or two in my purchase transactions and mostly just a single half dollar to fulfill the idea of regular circulation.

$82,841 to go... Due to more coins going out, in the last year I have circulated over $12,000 in half dollars.
