I bet the LIBERTY is also showing this, but on the left side of these devices. The motto will show this on the tops of the devices in the direction of the rim. No premium for these. Just die wear. My dad who passed started collecting in the early 80's maybe even in the 70's I have a 25 gallon pickel jar of pennies which probably weighs 500 pounds!!
