Either it's a D or an S, but I highly doubt it's an S, and if it's a D, it's REALLY REALLY weak.

It does seem like a risky buy, as the mark doesn't show any relief in the pictures.

Very hard to tell. The coin is so worn it could be any kind of surface mark. wait to you have it in hand.

Keep in mind that even if there's no D, a P is rarer.

If it's an O, it wasn't there when it left the mint. New Orleans closed in 1909.
