Here is a nice upgrade, or rather, an additional example with different style bust, from the London mint. This one is of much higher quality than my other piece. Both for comparison, new one first. A slightly less common ruler from the London mint.

Very nice. Are you going to break it out of the slab?

Thanks for the kind comments Bob! I took a "course" in the photography forum here and have honed my skills since. I use a Nikon D3300 with an 85mm macro lense. A copy stand and two cheap LED desklamps and I edit using the free program GIMP. The results are pretty great imo!

Echizento, I'll probably crack it out at some point, I really want to get a nice coin cabinet first, so I'll probably wait til that happens. I currently house my raw ancients in 2x2 archival flips in an album. Not my favorite but it works for now.

Very nice coins, and from an interesting mint. I have yet to add any London mint coins to my ancient collection.
Let me commend you as well on the quality of your pictures - I really must take steps to I prove my own photos. Just lack the patience I guess.

London is always good !

Now that you have two why not just leave the old boy inside his acrylic tomb. You have one to "play" with and one just for show ! Not a bad option ?

I too like finding emperors issuing from the opposite ends of the empire. A Diocletion from London or a Maximianus from Antioch.
I once fell asleep at the 'switch' and missed out on a nice Maximinus II Carthage follis ! It sold for around $30. Oh the humanity !

Nice coin
