Style similar to an Ottoman silver coin, used for a bride's head dress.

Neither Tugra (Sultans Signature) matches with any existing Tugras. Nor there is a reign year stated right under the Tugra. Additionally the year written is not a valid year. Its like 3223 and as per islamic calendar we are in year 1437.

I can confirm it's not a coin. And the hole makes me think that it's used as a hat or dress ornament. Possibly in a belly dance belt. What makes me think like that is Tugra, arabic letters and year and everything so fake andit's so clear that it's made by someone has very little idea about ottoman coins. So I guess it's made out of middle eastern region. Possibly in india. because the tugra reminded me of the tugra they used in pakistani coins minted during feudal states era of india.

I think Apeka Has nailed it. I know from travelling in Jordan you can find a lot of decorative Coin like objects... in Belly dancer dresses and other jewellery. There is no attempt to decieve and no one sells them as real. The problems start when Europeans and others sell them to others as real
