Pulled from an Uncirculated Mint Set, the dollar coin has a major strike through. Also from a mint set is the Saratoga quarter with multitudes of strike throughs.

Doesn't look like a strike through to me, looks like damage done at the mint.

The saratoga I'm not so sure those are in the coins ive seen these on some of my proofs but never opened them to check-look like lint or small plastic shavings sitting on the coins but cant be sure I guess unless you opened them

If the trench on the first on is rounded, then it might be a struck through. But if it is "V" shaped, then it might be coin contact. I can't tell for sure because of the glare on your image.
