The Goal: 25,000 Rolls Of Nickels (All Searchers Welcome!)

Ricardo, that's a pretty good timeline to finish a circulation set. I've been sarching nicks for about 2 years, I've needed the 39d/50d for the last year or so.

Buffalos and War Nickels are getting scarce. I've had 2 War Nickels in about the last 10 boxes. and I haven't had a buffalo in 16 boxes.

Just went through 20 dollars worth (Shrink-wrapped):

5 pre-1960: 1941-S (small mm?), 1946, 1954-D, 1956, 1959-D.

3 Canadian: 1968, 1979, 1984.

Upgrade: 2011-D.

Finally had a box that wasnt complete garbage.

1990d "no FS", this makes about 10 or so.
Finally snagged a buffalo, after a year and a half or so. It's mostly dateless, it's a 30-something I believe, "S" mint.

I was picking up Box #19 and saw a $2 bill with a red seal in the drawer. I asked if I could have it and the teller said he had two, and the other had a red seal on it too. Both are pretty circulated and one is from 1963 while the other is a 1928-F. I forked over two of the nickel rolls to pay for them because there was a line forming and I didn't want to make a withdrawal of just $4. So the nickel searching started out pretty fun.

So, of the $96 of nickels, half were CWR and I pulled 2 silver nickels from them. nothing good from the rest of the rolls, except a very nice 1960 AU, and a VF 1955D. Happy about the silver and the 1960 was a nice upgrade.

Dates: I cant believe the amount of good dates I found. That and the AMAZING toning makes this an EPIC box.

1958-(5) every single one was beautifully toned. Chocolate and golden. They were all at least EF, some were AU one was MS FS

"Electric blue" 1988-P MS beautiful coin
1967-Golden and electric blue toned-looks like it has "waves" of toning.
1996-P CH BU FS
1979-deep golden toning-I thought at first it was gold plated

just an amazing assortment of dates here, and you should of seen it when I pulled those 1958's! 5 all EF-MS beautifully toned!
I will try to get some pics up but I am afraid they will not show the amazing quality of the nickels.
