@Shonit123: The US 1950 D Nickel has a mintage of roughly 2 million, very low.

shonit123...I am so jealous. I've done hundreds of thousands of nickels and still no 50D. I've found enough of every other coin to do at least 2 or 3 albums but no 1950D. And I live relatively close to Denver and see mostly D mint coins. They are pretty rare. Btw, I found another 1939D Tuesday night. OO

I found a 2000-D that has the obverse off center but the reverse is centered. I'll try to take photos tomorrow.

Murphy, that is a misaligned die. I sell them for $2 on the bay.

Thanks robbudo. Here is a photo of the coin. Do you think there is enough of a misalignment to sell on ebay?

I forgot to mention. Has anyone noticed the lack of 2009's in circulation lately. I went through 3 boxes and didn't find a single 2009. I was finding about 5 per $100. Just found it odd. Probably just a fluke. Well good luck to everyone. I'm off to the bank to dump my coins. Hopefully I'll pick up more nickels. If not, I still have $299 in Eisenhower dollars I picked up from my company bank.
