The good news first: Tonight's box yielded a 1945P, 1943D  , and a 1902 Liberty nickel . It is extremely rare to find two such good coins in a box. The bad news: This will probably be the last box that my son, DanNickelCollector, and I do before he leaves for his first year of college on Saturday.  |

Since I'm down to only 2 more spots in my Jefferson folder 1939-d and 1950-d after getting sick of being skunked I had to but another early Jefferson folder so I can at least get some fillers haha. I am also looking now for up grades on coins!

Went through a box. Got a bunch of pre 1960. & After a 4 box skunk-streak finally got a War Nickel. 1943-P. |

Nice find Jon! Your son will have to look forward to Thanksgiving break. I hope he enjoys college!
Folks - glad to hear the stink is off, new folders to fill, and S mints to be had (fun finding a proof)! I haven't searched nickels in a while (haven't had the time to report my last results either) but getting ancy with your good fortunes. Perhaps next week!

Doing another box today, first roll produces at 1942 P Silver. Boom
Bunch of pre 60 pieces also, 2 fillers and plenty of upgrades

Just received my Dansco Album 1938-2006 Started to thin out the collection on the coins I no longer needed for the album. I have a long ways to go. After 45 boxes searched I thought I would be closer.
