John77 Pillar of the Community United States 2949 Posts	Posted 09/20/2018 1:56 pm Last Wednesday I bought $402 worth of nickels (8040 coins)... found 63 pre-60s including a 1942-D, 1943-S (2), 1944-P, 1944-D, and 1944-S. There was also a single 2009-P, and 8 2009-Ds. A strange anomaly happened with this batch - the most found pre-1960 coin wasn't one of the 7 super common ones (40, 41, 46, 54-D, 57-D, 58-D, 59-D) - it was the 1952-S, of which there were 8!
