Highlight from last week's box was a 42P silver nickel! We saw the 1942 and was hoping for the "S", which would complete our set from roll searching. But, it was a Philly. Only the 3rd 1942P Silver we've found.

From our box last week, we found 2 proofs (1995S and 1970S), a dateless buffalo (ended up being a 1916P after nic-a-date) and a bunch of extra S mint old Jeffersons (1941S, 1946S, 1947S, 1949S and 1953S). The 46S and 49S do not show up often for us.

Last Week, I went to a Chase Banks I brought for $100 Nickels Box but I founds a 25 Pre-60s, 1943S Silver War Nickels, and 1976S Proof Jefferson nickels. Pre-60s1940(4) 1941S 1946S 1947 1948 1949 1951 1952 1954 1955D 1956D(3) 1957D(2) 1958D(4) 1959D(3) Proofs1976S very last rolls!  Silvers1943S   HAPPY HUNTING! |

Found a scuffed proof today. My first Nickel proof in the wild, a 1991-S. That green stuff wouldn't come off even with acetone  Though my best find this month   |
