Quote:Had a pretty productive box last week. Ended up with a 1929P Buffalo nickel (an ender), and the other highlights were a 38P, and a beautiful 52D (an upgrade to the collection). Also found a 2007 Germany 5 Euro Cents coin and a Minneapolis/St. Paul Transit Token, which is for sure worth more than 5 cents! Nice finds!

Ten boxes and I got lucky with the key dates! Anyone else sick of seeing so many coins destroyed during the rolling process?

About half way through our weekly box. Nothing crazy so far, a few old Jefferson's. But this one rolled out: 2005S Buffalo Proof In pretty good shape for an impaired proof!

sich0015,
You found a mind blowing three 1938s/d nickels. It takes us years to find that many.

boom! 3rd box hunted since making my return, 2nd 1938 found. This time its a 1938-D, and I'd like to think its in pretty good condition! (last time it was just a 1938 in pretty poor condition) Is acetone what I should use to remove the gunk from the reverse?

also a quick question- ive seen some people on here who save 2009-D nickels. Is there any reason for this? The mintage numbers were high and there doesn't seem to be any great value to them

1962penny, nice find and congratulations! You could try using 100% pure Acetone, but I won't guarantee that it will remove it.
