The quality of the bill isn't great but any value given the alignment issues?

I'm more of a coin guy but from what I understand:
-Whole obverse is in the bottom left corner (nothing cut off so not as special)
-Signatures raised and to the right (slight overlap of plate serial)
-Date offset to the right
-Seal offset to the right
-Serial offset to the right (slight overlap the design)
-No motto (normal)

The second printing (front side, black ink) is slightly out of alignment and shifted to the left. The blue seal and serial numbers is the third printing step and it appears to be in the "normal position". The first printing (backside) is "off" a bit too, but insignificant in my opinion.

The shifts are not enough to warrant any added value....especially on a well-circulated note like yours.

Interesting. I have a 1995 $1, G..N block that has a slight shift.

Interesting and close, especially on the obverse centering, but no cigar.
