If you remember the pics from my previous post on this coin, you'll remember that it had its share of nicks and wasn't in the best condition. So, I figured what could it hurt to (as you guys scream - don't panic!) let it sit in some organic coconut oil, pat that off after a few days, then rinse it in some distilled water.

It still isn't the best looking coin, and the oil definitely brought out more scratches, but, it also revealed that the reverse does have a bearded eagle. Behold!
