Hi everyone, today I picked up this coin/token on a whim. According to the dealer, he got it from a guy who bought it while in India. My Arabic, Urdu, and Farsi are not what they used to be, so aside from the numbers "7" and "900" on the obverse, I really cannot read it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: I should also mention that the edges are reeded, there are no signs of casting along the edges or elsewhere, and it feels, looks, and sounds as though it is silver, but probably a rather low percentage.

I see "900" in the lower right of the reverse. Either this was made in 1495 AD (900 AH) or this is supposed to be .900 fine silver.

Maybe some sort of wedding token or similar?

Finn235- Yes, that "900" certainly is prominent, but there is no way that this machine-struck coin can be from 1495. Rather, it probably refers to some type of commemoration. If this is not a coin of some sort, it could be some time of religious object.
