It is most likely a picker token that was used during the first half of the 1930's, immediately after the great depression.
Farmers would pay with a token for each bushel of produce collected. In this case it was for 5 bushels. The initials are most likely for the farmers first and last name.
I searched all token records for those initials and nothing resulted in an exact hit.
Likely, this is one of those historical pieces that won't ever have an exact location or user, or even purpose of use simply because the details are so vague.
When a token cannot be identified as to a place of issue, it is called a Maverick.
