It's supposed to be countship of Montfort, 15 kreuzer, but it should be XV instead of 15, under the coat of arms, so it's some variant maybe? The legend says IOANN (Johann) COM (comes - count)IN MONTFO (Montofort)MONET NOVA (new money). On rev "SPES NO(N) CONFVNDIT" (hope cannot dissapoint us).

FYI the Krause attribution is KM43. I agree with InconsistentBlend that the denomination should be in Roman Numerals. That said, the 1674s and 1676s especially, but also the 1675s have lots of varieties in the legends. For 1675, the two main varieties seem to be around the spelling of Johann's name.
