I really hope it's not a type 1 like the seller said. I checked their active & sold listings and can't find these images so I figure it's not a mistake. If I get sent the wrong coin, I'll get refunded, and loose $0.49. Oh well.

Even if it's not a 1913 I'll still loose $0.49 but no worries. Almost certain it is, though. You can see the 3.

That is most definitely a type II.

I know, but the listing says it's a T1 and idk if its a seller error.

Yeah, if you get the coin pictured you definitely are getting a 13-D T2. You lucky . I would have just checked the title and scrolled right along to the next one.

You might be lucky, I got my 1913 D t2 (AU details) for the equivalent of around $25 as it was listed as a 1915.

I won a type 2 d tonight certified vg8 NGC for $31...I can resell it to a friend to make a good return....I bought it cause it was cheap....I don't collect Buffalo nickels....before everyone says why did you buy it..so I can make a little money for a good coin I want.

It is definitely a D mint Type 2, but from the images I can't say for sure it is a 13.

The coin pictured is 100% from 1913. Zero doubt about that.
