Having not visited it much since I switched over to coins.
and finding a number of stamp friends have since passed.

I made a few posts over there and found that there were so much fewer people, topics and responses. I slowly stopped checking. Should go back every few months and see if there is anything new. Just not as much interest in the hobby I think. :(

I've been the same as Mayflower, especially as it was only one section I was interested in there. Too bad about the losses though.

I just came into a stamp inheritance of sorts and after countless hours upon hours upon weeks have decided I know less than I started. I need assistance, but lack funds. Any advice?

everything after 1940 is worth face value or less. (if unused)

after that... it really depends.
You can start taking pictures and post them on the stamp forum.
