Hey batboy,

Honestly I do not have your knowledge but for me this note it's almost perfect, no wrinkles, nice colors,
the quality of the paper is exceptional for $1 1899, initially I wondered if is was a copy, no and I am happy.

Thank you for your opinion, I will send it for grading yes, currently I scan totality of my heritage collection for create a website/catalog.
