I was working last night and was given this 2$ bill that appears to have a Colorado overlay on it as payment. I tried doing some research on it when I got home and found nothing on it at all. I was wondering if anybody had an idea about what it is!

It sounds like one of those things sold on HSN for $10 a piece or whatever. Interesting find, but worth $2.

Littleton does those as well. I was given a couple "statehood" $2 notes a few years back from Littleton, in a special vinyl holder. Novelty only. Worth a little over face to the right person.

In this scenario it's likely that someone a) got desperate and liquidated their collection or b) got desperate and liquidated someone else's collection.

Google Colorado $2 and you'll find them for sale at Amazon.
