Because he's selling them for $5-8x face. He must have access to a high pressure water jet cutter

No water jet cutter for the Ike openers, just a small desktop mill. why did I make them? Because I want to destroy 85% of all Ike dollars so that the ones in my collection will be worth more!

Good to see you posting Joe. BTW someone has volunteered to be the new club secretary which may have been your plan all along It seems noone in the club wants to hold a position but exhibit chairman is now open as Betty is resigning if you need a post to fill the old void.

Joe, where do you sell these bottle openers? I work as a bartender and I feel like it would be a cool conversation piece and something I would actually use.

I originally made them for the ANA summer seminar and I have been getting random requests since then so I guess you would say I sell them by word of mouth. My mill is down right now, I broke the spindle drive belt, so I can't make any for another week or so but if you send me an E-mail to my badgermint at hotmail account I can let you know when I make more. I also made some out of Churchill crowns, calling them Churchill church keys. Jack, I'm not sure when I will get off of second shift, so signing up for a club position isn't practical right now, but who knows what the future holds...

As long as they aren't T2 1972's being destroyed, or any 1973's, I'm fine here.

I do check for varieties before cutting so I guess I have your blessing.

Oh, the humanity! Impressive work though. I suggest focusing on worthless Morgans.

Well, I was thinking at least one could melt the scrap and recoup some cost.
